This
year I begin to live a lot of new experiences, traveled and met new
people. One of the first things it came to my mind for this blog was the
time I went to the Womad Festival with my friends in Recoleta to see
Juana Molina.
I
didn't know Juana Molina was coming to Chile until my friends told me
so, and the entrance was free! The Womad Festival is some kind of
international music festival with music from all around the world and
Juana Molina was closing the day.
We went to recoleta around 6:30 hrs and we heard some of the shows, I
remember watching a group of electronic music from Palestine that was
really good, but unfortunately I don't remember their name. There was an
Indian group that plays traditional music and they where really good.
We didn't watch the whole show because we wanted to go to the stage
where Juana Molina was playing early to be in the front.
This
was the first time in my life I went to a concert and I was at the
front of the stage so it was a really exciting experience.
Before
the show started I was scared because I usually feel anxious around too
much people but as the music begins I relaxed immediately and enjoyed
it.
